With this super-light yet stable road bike for long distances, you can live out your passion even more intensively.The new Contact D-Fuse handlebars have an ergonomic shape and an 8-degree flare for comfort and control on all-day rides. Wide, hookless carbon rims (22.4 mm internal width) are optimized for high-volume tubeless tires (up to 38 mm), and a 36 mm rim depth provides stable, reliable handling in crosswinds.

Highlights of the Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1 – Carbon Road Bike – 2025

  • Advanced Carbon – High-performance material with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front frame triangle is assembled and formed from a single piece using a patented manufacturing process known as Modified Monocoque Construction.
  • GIANT PowerPro Power Meter – Multi-axis sensors on the left and right crank arms provide precise, valuable data such as wattage, pedal balance, power angle, and cadence. Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ compatible.
  • Full Carbon Fork – The steerer tube and legs are made entirely from GIANT’s Advanced SL-grade carbon for low weight and precise handling.
  • OverDrive Aero – The D-shaped steerer tube and the associated spacers ensure an extremely aerodynamic, maintenance-friendly system of internally routed brake and shift cables.
  • GIANT Contact SL Seatpost – Carbon seatpost with D-shaped carbon steerer tube that absorbs vibrations from the road without the need for mechanical devices or special inserts. The optimized carbon layup increases overall compliance.
